Heartland OAUG – Request for Additional Vendor/Consultant Information

We welcome your participation in Heartland OAUG, especially if you are established in the Midwest. We realize that you play a vital role in the overall solutions provided by Oracle. In order to make it easier for you to participate, we have recently made a change in the group policy that will allow vendors to join us for one event at a time for $250 per event. That way, your organization can test drive our group to make sure it is bringing the best value for your sponsorship dollars. We would ask you to consider this option for your involvement in our next meeting. You also still have the option to participate in all regional meetings for the year with a membership fee of $500 for the year.
So what does membership get your organization? The sponsorship provides unlimited employee access to the user group meeting, a space to set up your display materials, a sponsorship slide and special mention (we will introduce your team) during the Oracle keynote session and as many sessions as you would like to lead during the vendor breakouts (noon to 1 pm) on the day of the user group meeting. It also provides the best positive exposure to the user group community for the price of one dinner for a group at OpenWorld. We think it’s a great deal and it allows us to run the user group without charging dues, thus getting better attendance.

Once we receive your membership fee, your company will be in good standing and will be allowed to fully participate at either a single regional meeting or all regional meetings for the year depending on the option you select.
Also for consideration by our vendor/consultant members: We will need to elect a 3-member board comprised of local vendors and consultant members that will actively participate with Heartland OAUG to make it a great success. If you are interested, contact heartland.oaug@gmail.com.
