*Vendors, Consultant and Oracle Partners:

In order to make it easier for you to participate in Heartland OAUG events, we have recently made a change in the group policy that will allow vendors to join us for a single event for $350. Your organization can then test drive our group to make sure it is bringing the best value for your sponsorship dollars. We would ask you to consider this option for your involvement in our next meeting. This sponsorship provides access to the user group meeting, a space to set up your display materials, a sponsorship slide and special mention (we will introduce your team) during the Oracle keynote session and as many sessions as you would like to lead during the vendor breakouts on the day of the user group meeting. It also provides the best positive exposure to the user group community.  Your sponsorship allows us to operate the user group without charging dues, thus getting better attendance.  Sponsors can send membership fees to: Heartland OAUG, PO Box 3909, Omaha NE 68108. Tax ID forms can be provided as needed if required. The contact for this payment is Stephanie Ransdell (
Sponsorship fees MUST be received by February 24th, 2012 to participate in the Spring Conference.
