Meet the Board
Chair – Ron Conaway is an Oracle application developer at Hayneedle, Inc. Ron has been an Oracle developer since 2008 and prior to that spent nearly 15 years in the grant accounting field for state universities in New Jersey, Detroit and Houston as well as for Omaha Public Schools when he moved here in 2005. He served as Heartland OUG Website Director from 2009 through 2014 before accepting the Chair position.
Vice Chair – Dawn Holmes is a HCM Consultant with Emtec Corporation. Dawn has worked with Oracle applications since 1999, her experiences include implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite. In addition to Oracle her experiences include ADP extracts, Payroll integration, Sharepoint, Lawson, Taleo (TBE and TEE) and multiple reporting mediums.
Events / Communications / Membership – John Aitkenhead is an Oracle Analyst for Gavilon. He has over 14 years of experience as an Oracle Analyst from versions 10.7 through R12. Prior to becoming an Oracle analyst John was a General Ledger accountant for several years in a couple of different industries using both Oracle EBS and Lawson Financials.
Secretary / Treasurer – Trevor Jackman is an Oracle Application Developer at Gallup Inc. in Omaha, NE. He has programmed a variety of enterprise financial systems over the past 15 years including Oracle EBS and JDEdwards.

There is no dues or fees for the Heartland OUG. We have two meetings a year and they are free as well. You can subscribe to our blog here and get notifications of upcoming events.
